NOTE: This is a 2 hour seminar. There are two sessions to choose from, both are identical. One is 09:00 – 11:00. The 2nd is 12:00 – 14:00

Prerequisites: None
How to dress: Comfortably. This may be blue jeans to one person or sweatpants or similar athletic apparel. Participants will be learning and practicing Self-Defense skills with other participants. This is a hands-on course.
What it is: Learn simple and proven techniques to escape physical holds or force used against you at home, work, the grocery store, public gatherings, or anywhere. This class is not to teach a student to go “Bruce Lee or Jackie Chan” on anyone but what to do/how to defend yourself when assaulted by a number of common methods employed by someone trying to keep you restrained against your will. The seminar is being provided by Christian marital arts experts from Champion Karate Centers sponsored by Buckeye Emergency Response Training School.
